My name is Matheus Oliveira do Val, (where the brand “MOD” comes from), and I am an international student from Brazil, who has been studying Graphic Design at Washtenaw Community College. I’ve always loved graphic design, but I never knew what it was. When I first came to study, I decided to go with Marketing, which then turned into Web Development. But I felt that both of those majors weren't for me, because of the lack of creativity. Once I understood more about Graphic Design, I knew this was it. I am very passionate about it and where this profession can take me. With a bachelor's in Graphic Design, my plan is to immerge in the User Experience Design world, and use the abilities and vision of Graphic Design to create and perform apps and websites. For more than 3 years now, I have been working on a variety of projects, from brochures, to visual identity of companies.
